Welcome to Gerbero. By accessing or purchasing from our website you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. About Us

Gerbero is a handcrafted jewellery brand producing men's and women's pieces. Each item is made by hand, meaning slight variations in finish, texture, and dimension are inherent to the craft and are not considered defects.

2. Orders & Pricing

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice. Any change will not affect orders already confirmed.
Order confirmation is sent by email. A contract is formed only upon dispatch of your order.
We reserve the right to cancel any order if the product is no longer available, if a pricing error occurred, or if fraud is suspected.

3. Handcrafted Nature of Products

Because every Gerbero piece is made by hand, minor variations in colour, patina, engraving depth, and stone placement may occur between items. These characteristics are part of the handcrafted identity and are not grounds for return or exchange unless the item is defective (see Section 6).

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.
Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Gerbero is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues outside our control.
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees for international orders are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Returns & Exchanges

You may return unworn, undamaged items in original packaging within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To initiate a return please contact us at info@gerbero.co.uk with your order number.
Custom, engraved, or made-to-order pieces are non-returnable unless defective.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@gerbero.co.uk. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping at no cost to you.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including designs, photographs, text, and branding — is the exclusive property of Gerbero and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

8. Privacy & Data

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By placing an order you consent to the use of your data for order fulfilment and, where opted in, for marketing communications.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gerbero's liability for any claim arising from the use of this site or the purchase of products is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold in your country of residence.

We may update these terms at any time. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
